1 Carrot, sliced
Chicken Stock. I just boiled one chicken wing in one cup of water
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Butter
– Put the carrot slices and chicken stock in a pan. Cover and boil
– After 5 minutes, remove the cover and let simmer for a minute or two until the liquid is reduced.
– Add the butter and honey. Mix and let simmer for another minute
– Serve with a smile
