Chorizo and Shrimp Paprika Pasta

This recipe was adapted from one of my Yummy cookbooks


1/4 kilo shrimp
3 pieces palengke chorizo, sliced might have been better if we cut the chorizo in smaller bits.
Chopped garlic
Olive oil
Spanish paprika
Spaghetti noodles

Heat the oil and saute the garlic until fragrant.  Add the chorizo and fry for a minute or two. Add the shrimp and fry until they change colors. Now, add the Spanish paprika and mix. Add the cooked pasta noodles and mix again. Add more pasta water and paprika to suit your taste.

Serve with a smile 🙂
