Rub the ribs with the sinigang mix. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
Put the ribs inside a foil, making sure the edges are tightly sealed.
Grill for 30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes to cook each side.
Remove from foil, brush with tomato ketchup and grill to your desired doneness.
Serve with a smile.
