We will never buy another bottle of peanut butter. Our homemade version is not only cheaper. It is also preservative-free, so easy to make and best of all, Aki loves it!
2 cups roasted peanut
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons sugar
Step One. I could not find any unsalted peanuts so I used strainer and wiped each peanut using a paper towel
Step Two. Pulse the peanut until you get your desired texture. We like ours creamy!
Step Three. Add the oil and pulse again.
Step Four. Add the the honey and sugar and pulse again.
Step Five. Keep the PB in a covered jar
After finishing his brown peanut butter and banana whole wheat sandwich “slide”, he asked for a seesaw sandwich!
