Ingredients
2 Whole Wheat Bread
1 Banana – Em shared some surprising banana facts here
1 Tablespoon Star Margarine Sweet Blend
Simply mash the banana. Mix with the margarine. Spread on the bread. Put another bread on top. Toast in the waffle maker for a minute or two. Cut into fun shapes. Yum-oh in less than 3 minutes.
I was supposed to put some cinammon but I could not find where Lotlot kept it.
Success!
After several bites around the edges, the sandwich looked like a dog. Or at least I was able to convince Aki that it had a head, a tail and legs. Aki made a house and a ladder with a door.
The surprise star of this meal is the Star Margarine. I was looking for a healthy sandwich spread. Because of my new habit of reading the nutrition facts, I learned that Star Margarine has a lot to offer.
20000%? And I am not even sure if that is the RENI for adults or if it is for kids. Next weekend, we will try to introduce Aki to Star rice.

ay sis, i’ve been planning to give amber star rice too because i discovered she enjoys eating colored rice! kaya lang worried ako sa nutritional factor eclavu. but now i’m seriously considering! ma-try din nga yang mashed banana with star. ^_^
balitaan mo ako sis, kung kamusta ang star rice kay Amber ha!
yay for aki! but i have a question sis…what happens if you’re over the req’d Vit B12? and B1? btw, bananas are one of my favorites fruits too Aki!

you’re welcome sis! may star margarine din jan?
I remember Star Margarine way back in elementary
Sabagay, it is healthier nga nmn to have margarine than butter because it is made of veggie fats

Sinama pa ata ni Lotlot sa kanyang pag-alis ang cinnamon.. Haha!
